Prices of some items which are subject to Maximum Retail Price (MRP) restrictions are being sold on the website after adding up costs of our services, packaging, and delivery.

Whatever prices and offers of the products are given on our website are only valid when customers purchase directly from our website. The Quality of the Products is the sole responsibility of the respective Brands (e.g., BOSCH, INGCO). For any serious manufacturing defects, you may also need to contact the brand’s authorized service centers. If Bajrang Machinery is unable to deliver your order, then a complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges caused due to non-delivery.

We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 days from the date of delivery. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier used by Bajrang Machinery is the responsibility of the carrier, but you must notify us of damaged or missing items from your order within 48 hours of receiving your product so we can initiate a claim.

Bajrang Machinery has the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

As a merchant, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank.

Bajrang Machinery has the right to change the price or withdraw any product at any point in time without any notice. We have taken care regarding the accuracy of the information on products provided on the website. We are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information unintentionally provided/not provided in the description.

If the product is not in stock, we have the right to cancel the order without prior information to the customer, and a full refund will be initiated by us. All specifications of products may vary from time to time by its manufacturer; in that case, our company is not liable for any errors or technical changes.

We will communicate with you by email, WhatsApp, or by posting notices on the Site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Bajrang Machinery has the right to modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you at any time.

We assign to the customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and the customer acknowledges that they shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products (e.g., BOSCH, INGCO). The quality and performance of the product are dependent on the manufacturer. If any of these items become defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, Bajrang Machinery will assist in getting the product repaired/serviced by the Brand manufacturer, or direct you to the nearest authorized service center. The customer shall bear the cost of reverse shipping for the product if sent to us.

We request the customer to always keep a copy of our invoice for warranty purposes whenever there is any service problem for products.

Products once sold will be accepted for warranty service/repair/replacement only if they are in proper and good physical condition. Products with broken parts, missing parts, or physical damage will be refused/rejected and considered warranty void.
